IT Support Jobs Cambridge
An IT Support Analyst, ideally with knowledge of VMWare, is required by an expanding business based near Cambridge. A salary of up to £27k is offered depending on experience.

--- THE ROLE ---
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst who will have the following:
Experience of help desk environments
Working knowledge in the support LAN/WAN & Internet technologies, inc. DHCP & DNS
Working technical knowledge in the support of Windows XP & Server 2003, inc. Active Directory
Experience of server virtualisation, e.g. Vmware / Hyper-V is desirable
Awareness of ITIL would be beneficial

--- DUTIES ---
Providing an internal help desk for MIS Users
Supporting systems and operational requirements
Liaising with 3rd party software companies when required
Completing Internal System Audits

Near Cambridge
Commutable from Cambridge, Haverhill, Braintree, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket

Up to £27,000 depending on experience
